ENERGY SAVING

 

Sleeping Mode Enabled
Nearly zero power consumption within black display area. When a screen is displaying messages, for most cases, a large proportion of screen maintains black. Our product is able to detect it and turn this area into sleeping mode.

 

 

 

 

 

Dual Voltage Supplier on LED

Due to lighting chip difference inside, Red/Amber LED has lower threshold voltage to light up than Green/Blue LED. So, we applied dual voltage channel to drive two types of LEDs. Surplus energy is saved by this technology.Using separate voltage driving board to achieve energy-saving purpose：specific voltages are applied to different lamps.
For example: for red lamps, we supplied a total voltage of 2.8V with 1.8-2.2V as forward voltage; For green and blue lamps ,Instead used another separate driver to provide 3.8v with 2.8-3.6V as forward voltage for lamp.

 

 

 

 

 

Second Optical

It is well known that the VMS upper viewing angle makes light pollution and about 50% energy loss. Our company can manufacture 0 upper viewing angle 0 light pollution and 0 energy loss.

 

 

 

 

 

Smart Supply

YAHAM offer smart supply system for DC power input. When it is daytime that the VMS use more power consumption, and when it is night time the VMS has lower brightness and lower power consumption, our smart supply system will use different mode to handle two different scenario, when it is night time, the VMS consume lowest to 5w/sqm.

 

 

 

 

 

Low Power in standby mode

When the VMS is in standby mode, there are some devices still consuming the power, some make take around 30w per sqm. Our smart system has the energy saving function that the VMS consume only 1W per sqm during standby mode,at this time, the power consumption of the LED modules is 0.

Silent Detection

When the VMS is working, the ordinary system detection may effect the VMS message for a few second during detection period, the message could be blur for a while. Yaham develop the smart system that it wont effect the current message when the detection is working. To make sure the system works perfectly.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Multiple Protocol

YAHAM control system support integration to different kind of traffic center system. The communication protocol we support is: NTCIP, MODBUS, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Digital IO. Our engineer team can help to develop the system to third party control system.

 

 

 

 

Large Storage Memory
The embedded flash memory in our display can store as many as 2000 images or characters at a time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wireless Control

We also support remote control with various wireless solutions. Selective control method includes GPRS/WIFI/Radio Frequency.Our products are MUTCD and NTCIP Compliant and follow requirement of EN12966 standard.
